The beds were firm and comfortable. The A/C was cold. The room was clean. The location was quiet. The Management was friendly.

Friendly staff, great location to London, clean room, comfy bed, decent priced, good wifi facilities so I could work remotely, close to lots of restaurants and the morning coffee was a nice touch!
